Throughout the years, AXA Asia has been offering a wide range of life, health, property and casualty protection, as well as wealth management and retirement solutions to help customers achieve stability and prosperity. Today, over one million customers in Hong Kong and Macau, from individuals to established businesses, count on AXA Asia to financially protect them, their loved ones and their future. AXA Asia asked us to come up with a wall design to emphasis their approach of putting the customer first. We came up with a design which shows the variety of customers helped by AXA Asia. It was important,
conceptually, that we emphasized the idea of community and “Putting the Customer First” mindset that is echoed throughout the company ethos. The many faces of the customers serviced by AXA act as a reminder to AXA employees that the people they’re helping have their lives enriched by the services provided by their company. Multiple AXA offices in Asia are now showing the customer first wall designs and are strengthening the morale and further enforcing the optimistic and compassionate ideology that AXA strives to maintain.
