Let’s start with what comes first in this crisis and that is to take care of your people. Your loved ones, your friends, your neighbours, and definitely also your employees. After all, your employees and loyal customers are the ones who are able to see your business through these difficult and extraordinary times.

Never let a good crisis go to waste

As much as this is a very difficult time for business, a crisis like this can also be an accelerator for much-needed change, innovation and creativity. If you are not in the essential services sector then the most likely business is slow now. This causes anxiety but could provide an excellent time for reflection and evaluation of your brand identity, your communication strategy or logistics process. Through COVID-19 you have become more aware of possible cracks in your business plan, especially when it comes to online communication.

Many people globally are in lockdown and shops other than those for essential goods have closed. The Internet has become our main lifeline with the rest of the world.
